The information clause


According to Art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (Official Journal of the European Union | L 119 of 04.05.2016) I am informing that:

  1. The operator of your personal data as transmitted in the registration form / rendered in the contract / collected on the stage of registration in the system is PROFILOPLAST – GRUPA GÓRCZAKA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWA and PROFILOPLAST SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, with its registered seat in Wilkowice, ul. Lipowa 83, 64-115 Święciechowa, hereafter referred to as: “the Operator”. You can contact the Operator by e-mail at: poczta@profiloplast.pl or calling at: 65 534 91 00
  2. The legal grounds for processing your data is carrying out the Agreement between yourself and the Operator, hereafter referred to as: “The Agreement”, for which processing your data is indispensable.
  3. Your personal data are processed solely for purposes relating to carrying out the Contract and for taking steps necessary for concluding the Contract.
  4. Providing personal data is not obligatory, however a failure to provide them make it impossible to conclude and to carry out the contract.
  5. Your data shall be stored for a period that is not longer than necessary, that is for a period not exceeding 10 years.
  6. The Operator in the period of carrying out of your contract may give your data to the following categories of users:
      a/ subcontractors, assemblers, servicemen.
  7. The Operator is not intending to transfer your personal data to any third country or to international organisations.
  8. You have the right to demand from the Operator the access to the data, to rectify, to transfer, or to delete, as well as to limit the procession of data.
  9. You have the right to file a complaint to supervisory authorities with reference to processing of your personal data by the Operator.
  10. The Operator shall not take automated decisions on the basis of your data, in these such decisions that might be a result of profiling.*


* Profiling means any form of automated processing of personal data, which consists in using personal data for assessment of specific personal aspects of a natural person, and in particular for analysis or forecasting of aspects regarding career of such a natural person, their economic position, health condition, personal preferences or interests, reliability or behaviour, location or movements.
